To lock when you leave: Press the lock button on the keypad (no code needed). From inside, you can also turn the thumbturn.
It's an Amazon Smart Thermostat, on the kitchen wall. Tap the screen to wake it, then use the up/down arrows to change the temperature. Tap the mode button to switch between heat, cool, and fan. If a schedule is set, a manual change holds until the next scheduled time.
Thermostat instructions hereOutdoor bins are on the front-right side of the house (facing the street) by the window — grey = trash, green = recycling. Trash pickup is Thursday morning; recycling is every other Friday. Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink.

City of Hapeville recycling calendarWasher/dryer is behind the door across from the primary bedroom. Detergent pods are on top of the machine. To start the washer, close the lid securely and hold the pause/start button for a few seconds to begin the cycle.
There's one TV, in the living room (no TVs in the bedrooms). The remote is on or underneath the coffee table. For streaming apps you may need to sign into your own account — please sign out before checkout.

You have the private upper, street-level 3BR/2BA unit. The building has a separate lower unit with its own private entrance that may have a long-term tenant — the two units are completely unconnected and don't share any interior space, so your unit is fully private.

If a delivery arrives or you come across a package, there's nothing you need to do — just leave it in the living room or on the kitchen counter at checkout, and we'll collect it. Thanks!
